These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Legal Investigations LLC platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Legal Investigations LLC provides a legal investigation support platform that allows participants to submit declarations, upload evidence, and communicate with the investigation team. Our services are investigative and organizational in nature.
2. User Accounts
To access the platform, you must create an account with truthful and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
3. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to: • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your declaration. • Not falsify, alter, or destroy evidence. • Not access or attempt to access other users' information. • Not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Confidentiality
Information shared through the platform may include confidential and privileged material related to active legal investigations. You agree not to disclose, share, or distribute information obtained through the platform to unauthorized third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform, its design, code, content, and functionality are the property of Legal Investigations LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Documents and evidence you upload remain your property, but you grant us a license to use them in the context of the investigation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Legal Investigations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services, if any. We do not guarantee specific legal outcomes.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Nevada, United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith before initiating formal proceedings.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms or if we deem it necessary to protect the integrity of the investigation. You may request deletion of your account by contacting our support team.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law.

11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Fees, Payment, and Refunds
Payment for the Complete Service is a one-time fee, with no recurring charges, processed securely through Stripe. Upon completing payment, you are engaging investigative and document-management services that begin immediately (review of your declaration, document preparation, and related coordination). Because investigative and administrative work begins at the time of payment, refund requests are evaluated case by case, at our discretion, taking into account the stage of work already performed on your case. To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of payment, stating the reason for your request. This section does not limit any refund right you may have as a matter of mandatory law in your jurisdiction, nor your card issuer's chargeback policies through Stripe.
